The ENNEVIA Manifesto

Why ENNEVIA should have existed a long time ago — and why it exists now.

Seven short essays, in plain language, on how a licensed, member-owned financial ecosystem can serve more people, more fairly, than the banks and neobanks that came before.

Essay 01

Why ENNEVIA beats neobanks like Revolut and Monzo

Neobanks made banking prettier. ENNEVIA changes who banking is for, who owns it, and what it costs — in plain terms.

Revolut, Monzo and N26 are excellent apps. But they are single-product wrappers sitting on top of someone else's rails: one current account, one card, a handful of add-ons. ENNEVIA is an ecosystem of 13 regulated product companies under one holding — current accounts, payments, cards, savings, crypto, P2P, prime, embedded finance, factoring, credit, insurance, ventures, markets and private banking. One app, a whole financial life.

Ownership. With a neobank you are a customer who pays forever. With ENNEVIA you are a founding member who contributes once and may become eligible for a promotional preferred dividend share. You stop renting banking and start owning a piece of it.

Cost. Neobanks live on FX markups, weekend surcharges and subscription tiers (Premium, Metal, Ultra). ENNEVIA charges under 1% flat and offers 6–7% APR high-yield savings through partners. No recurring subscription to keep your account "premium."

Rewards. A neobank gives you a one-off invite bonus. ENNEVIA gives you a five-level referral network that pays commission on net membership revenue for life.

Example

Revolut Premium is about €120/year. Over 30 years that is €3,600 in subscriptions — and you own nothing. ENNEVIA Pioneer is €50 once: you keep the account for life, earn referral income, and may qualify for a preferred share. Same person, opposite outcome.

Essay 02

Our partners are best-in-class — and that is the whole point

A bank takes years and tens of millions to licence one product in one country. ENNEVIA's insight: the best provider for each product already exists and is already licensed. So we aggregate.

Each partner is chosen for a specific licence and jurisdiction: an EU Electronic Money Institution for e-money and safeguarded accounts, a MiCA-authorised stablecoin issuer for EURC, Ripple and Base for on-chain rails, Visa and Mastercard for cards, SWIFT and SEPA for cross-border, a FINTRAC-registered MSB for Canada, and RBI-approved rails via BPAY for India.

This is not a logo wall. Every partner carries a real, auditable licence for the product line it delivers. ENNEVIA is the aggregator that stitches them into one super-app — and the layer that keeps the member relationship and the ledger, so a partner can be upgraded or replaced without rebuilding the product.

Why best-in-kind: we don't compromise. If a partner loses its licence or falls behind on price or speed, we can swap it without you ever noticing, because your account, your balance and your history stay with ENNEVIA. The institution is replaceable; your membership is not.

Example

When you send EUR to a friend in Brazil, the e-money side is handled by an EU EMI, the stablecoin leg by a MiCA-licensed issuer, and the local payout by a regulated local partner — each the best at its job. You just see one tap in the app and a confirmation a few seconds later.

Essay 03

MiCA compliance and the Electronic Money Institution — explained simply

Two regulatory frameworks do most of the heavy lifting behind ENNEVIA. Here is what they are and why they protect you.

MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is the EU's harmonised rulebook for crypto-asset service providers and stablecoin issuers. It brings to crypto the same consumer-protection, capital and disclosure standards that banking already has. For the first time, a stablecoin issued under MiCA has a clear legal status across all 27 EU member states — fully backed and redeemable.

An Electronic Money Institution (EMI) is licensed to issue electronic money — the digital balance on your card and in your account. EMI funds are safeguarded: they must be held separately from the institution's own money, so if the EMI ever fails, your money is still there, protected by law.

ENNEVIA does not hold these licences directly — by design. The licences sit with our regulated partners. This legal separation means your e-money is safeguarded by an EMI, your stablecoins are issued by a MiCA-authorised entity, and ENNEVIA is the connective layer. You get regulated products; the risk is isolated per product line, not bundled into one fragile company.

Example

Your EURC balance is a MiCA-regulated stablecoin — fully backed, redeemable on demand. Your EUR balance is e-money safeguarded by an EMI. They sit side by side in one app, and each is protected by its own regulator — not by a marketing promise.

Essay 04

Lifetime banking programmes vs. traditional banking

Traditional banking is a subscription you never stop paying. ENNEVIA sells lifetime banking — pay once, own a piece of it.

Traditional banking is a quiet tax that lasts your whole life: account fees, card fees, FX margins, ATM fees, and premium tiers you must keep paying to keep the perks. You pay for decades and build no equity. The bank gets richer; you stay a customer.

ENNEVIA sells lifetime banking programmes. You contribute once, at the tier that fits you — Pioneer (€50), Builder, Vanguard, Executive, or Black Founder — and you hold that membership for life. No renewal, no tier downgrade, no "your premium expired." The price you pay is the price once.

More importantly, a paid founding member may become eligible for one promotional preferred dividend share, subject to qualification and board approval. So the fee is not a cost — it is your entry ticket to ownership. You stop renting the bank and start holding a stake in it.

Example

Think of a gym. A traditional bank is a monthly gym membership — pay forever, own nothing. ENNEVIA is a lifetime pass that also makes you a member of the club that owns the gym. You use it for life, and you may receive a share of the profits.

Essay 05

Private banking, with on-chain and off-chain in sync

Private banking used to be for people with €1 million or more. ENNEVIA brings a version of it to every founding member.

Private banking — dedicated advisers, better rates, exclusive products — was built for the wealthy. ENNEVIA brings a meaningful version of it to every founding member, regardless of balance size.

The breakthrough is the on-chain / off-chain sync. "On-chain" means crypto and stablecoins moving on networks like Base and Ripple — fast, cheap, global. "Off-chain" means traditional fiat, cards, SEPA and SWIFT — accepted everywhere. ENNEVIA synchronises both into one balance: your USDC earning yield on-chain and your Visa card spending off-chain are the same money, with no manual bridging.

Founding member perks: priority human support, higher HYSA rates (6–7% APR through partners), eligibility for preferred dividend shares, a voice in product governance, and early access to each new product line as the 13 companies go live one by one.

Example

You hold €10,000 in USDC. On-chain, it earns yield. Off-chain, you tap your card for a coffee — the app debits the same balance instantly. One number, two financial worlds, zero friction. That is private banking for the smartphone era.

Essay 06

The family fund bank — a community bank, a mega DAO, but licensed

ENNEVIA is three old ideas fused into one new one, at global scale, and inside the law.

A family fund is how wealthy clans pool capital and steward it across generations. A community bank is owned by its depositors. A DAO is a decentralised organisation governed by its members. ENNEVIA is all three — and every product line sits inside a regulated entity with a real licence.

Founding member contributions form a collective capital base. Members are stakeholders, not just customers. Governance is transparent, like a DAO. But unlike a DAO, your money is protected by law — by an EMI, by a MiCA issuer, by a FINTRAC-registered MSB — not only by code. You get the openness of the DAO culture with the safety of a licensed bank.

Here is why traditional institutions will join rather than compete. ENNEVIA offers them 699,860 founding members, on-chain rails, and 13 ready product lines on day one. A bank that partners with ENNEVIA gets instant distribution and modern infrastructure. A bank that competes has to build all of that alone — and is already behind. The rational move is to join the network.

Example

Imagine a 150-year-old regional bank. Alone, launching crypto and a global card costs it five years and €20M. Through ENNEVIA, it plugs into an existing licensed stack and a ready community in weeks. The rational choice is to join the network, not fight it.

Essay 07

A social-utilitarian, social-capitalist banking model

Why ENNEVIA is the bank Jeremy Bentham would have built — and why it could only be built now.

Jeremy Bentham, the founder of utilitarianism, argued that the right action is the one that produces the greatest happiness for the greatest number. Utility is human well-being, measured in real outcomes: lower fees, more access, more ownership, more dignity.

Traditional finance maximises the utility of a narrow group — its shareholders — and treats everyone else as a source of fees. A neobank improves the app but keeps the same model: you pay, they profit. The greatest number is served last.

ENNEVIA is social-utilitarian: it is built to raise the well-being of the greatest number of members — through sub-1% fees, lifetime access, referral income, and a path to ownership. It is also social-capitalist: it uses markets and ownership, but distributes that ownership to the many, not the few. You keep the engine of capitalism; you widen who gets to ride it.

Why now: three things had to exist at once — blockchain (cheap, global rails), regulation like MiCA and EMI frameworks (licensable, protectable), and the cultural shift toward community ownership (the DAO mindset). For the first time, all three are here. ENNEVIA is the synthesis — a bank that should have existed a long time ago, finally made possible.

Example

A student in Bucharest pays €50 once. She gets a bank account, a card, a 6–7% savings option, a referral link that can earn her income, and eligibility for a preferred share. One person, maximum utility — Bentham's idea, finally built for everybody.

Join the movement.

Become a founding member from €50 and help build the greatest-happiness bank.

Important Legal Disclaimer

ENNEVIA is a financial technology company and a neobank aggregator — not a bank, electronic money institution, investment firm, or crypto-asset service provider. ENNEVIA does not hold banking, EMI, investment, or crypto licences directly. All regulated financial services available through the ENNEVIA platform are provided by independently licensed and regulated third-party partner institutions, each holding the specific authorisations required for their product line and jurisdiction.

Membership in ENNEVIA is a commercial membership programme — it is not a deposit, a savings account, an investment, a security, or an insurance product. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Founding member status does not constitute ownership of shares unless and until a separate, formally documented share grant is executed and registered in the applicable securities ledger. Promotional preferred dividend shares are subject to qualification, board approval, legal availability and jurisdictional restrictions.

Referral rewards are commissions on membership sales and are not investment returns, interest, or yield. High-Yield Savings Account (HYSA) rates of 6–7% APR are offered through regulated partner institutions and are subject to terms, conditions, and market availability. Rates are not guaranteed and may change. Cross-border payment services, multi-currency accounts, card issuance, crypto custody and exchange, investment services, and insurance products are each delivered by separately licensed partners under their own regulatory regimes.

Crypto-asset risk: Crypto-asset services are provided by MiCA-authorised partners in the EU. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and unregulated in some jurisdictions. You may lose your entire investment. Crypto holdings are not covered by the EU Deposit Guarantee Scheme or any equivalent deposit protection programme.

Investment risk: Investment products available through the platform are offered by MiFID II-licensed partners. The value of investments and any income from them can fall as well as rise and you may not recover the amount originally invested. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

No deposit protection on membership: Membership fees paid to ENNEVIA are not deposits and are not protected by the EU Deposit Guarantee Scheme (DGS), the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), or any equivalent scheme. Customer financial accounts, savings and wallets held with licensed partner institutions may be protected under that partner's applicable deposit protection scheme, subject to its terms and limits.

KYC & AML: All members and users are subject to identity verification (KYC), business verification (KYB), and anti-money-laundering (AML) screening, including PEP and sanctions checks, conducted through licensed third-party providers. Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity and reported to the relevant Financial Intelligence Unit where required by law.

Regulatory licences and registrations referenced — including FINTRAC MSB registration (Canada), Reserve Bank of India approval (payment rails via BPAY), MFSA (Malta) and Bank of Latvia (Latvia) as whitelabel partner regulators, the EBA EMI framework (EU), PSD2/PSD3, MiFID II, MiCA, PA-CB authorisation, Swiss FINMA, and LATAM white-label bank partnerships — are held by ENNEVIA's partner institutions, not by ENNEVIA directly. ENNEVIA aggregates these services into one super-app for global, cross-border access. Availability of specific products varies by jurisdiction and is subject to local regulatory restrictions.
