Why ENNEVIA outperforms the banks and neobanks you already know.

Article 01
Why ENNEVIA outperforms Revolut and Monzo
Neobanks made banking prettier. ENNEVIA changes who banking is for, who owns it, and what it costs.
Revolut and Monzo are excellent apps — but they are single-product wrappers. You get one current account, one card, and a few add-ons, all sitting on top of someone else's banking rails. ENNEVIA is an ecosystem of 13 regulated product companies under one holding: current accounts, payments, cards, savings, crypto, P2P, prime, embedded finance, factoring, credit, insurance, ventures, markets and private banking.
The deeper difference is ownership and cost. With a neobank you are a customer who pays a subscription forever and builds no equity. With ENNEVIA you contribute once and may become eligible for a promotional preferred dividend share — you stop renting banking and start owning a piece of it.

MiCA compliance — and why it protects your money
MiCA is the EU rulebook that finally brings crypto up to banking-grade standards. Here is what it means for you.
MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is the EU's harmonised regulation for crypto-asset service providers and stablecoin issuers. It applies the same consumer-protection, capital and disclosure standards to crypto that banking already has. A stablecoin issued under MiCA is fully backed and redeemable — and has a clear legal status across all 27 EU member states.
ENNEVIA does not hold the MiCA licence directly — by design. The licence sits with our regulated partner. This legal separation means your stablecoins are issued by a MiCA-authorised entity and safeguarded under its regime, while ENNEVIA is the layer that connects them to your fiat, your card and your savings. You get a regulated product; the risk is isolated per product line, not bundled into one fragile company.
The benefit is trust without guesswork. You don't have to audit the issuer yourself — the regulator already does. You don't have to wonder if your stablecoin is backed — MiCA requires it. And because it's EU law, the protection travels with the product across borders.

The benefits of lifetime banking programs
Traditional banking is a subscription you never stop paying. ENNEVIA sells lifetime banking — pay once, own a piece of it.
Traditional banking is a quiet tax that lasts your whole life: account fees, card fees, FX margins, ATM fees, and premium tiers you must keep paying to keep the perks. You pay for decades and build no equity. The bank gets richer; you stay a customer.
ENNEVIA sells lifetime banking programmes. You contribute once, at the tier that fits you — Pioneer (€50), Builder, Vanguard, Executive, or Black Founder — and you hold that membership for life. No renewal, no tier downgrade, no "your premium expired." The price you pay is the price once.
The benefits compound. A paid founding member may become eligible for one promotional preferred dividend share, subject to qualification and board approval. You keep the account for life, earn referral income from a five-level network, and get priority support and early access to each new product line as the 13 companies go live. The fee is not a cost — it is your entry ticket to ownership.

Private banking — better than Swiss, for new money and old money
Swiss private banking is the gold standard for the wealthy. ENNEVIA matches what it does well and adds what it can't — for a fraction of the cost.
Swiss private banks — UBS, Julius Baer, Pictet, Lombard Odier — earned their reputation on discretion, a dedicated banker, and multi-generational stewardship. They are excellent for old money. But they come with a high wall: €250,000 to €1,000,000+ minimum, ~1%+ annual fees on assets, custody charges, and a relationship that still moves money in days, not seconds. Crypto is an afterthought, if it exists at all.
Revolut Ultra is the neobank answer to "premium" — cheaper and app-first, but it's still a subscription: you pay €45/month forever, own nothing, and your crypto sits in a separate silo from your fiat. It is private banking's price tag without private banking's substance.
ENNEVIA gives both new money and old money the same thing the Swiss offer — priority human support, multi-currency, and stewardship — plus what they cannot: on-chain/off-chain sync, MiCA-authorised crypto, a 6–7% HYSA, lifetime access with no renewal, preferred share eligibility, referral income, and a governance voice. And it starts at €50.
For new money
You don't need €1M to get private banking. A freelancer, a founder, a creator — you get a real stake, modern rails, and a human support tier from day one. Your €50 buys the same on-ramp that old money pays €250,000 to enter.
For old money
You keep the discretion and the dedicated support, but add on-chain liquidity, lower fees, and a governance voice. You can bring the whole family under one ecosystem — multi-generational stewardship, finally on modern rails.

Case studies
Four illustrative personas — new money, old money, expat, and crypto-native — showing the old-world cost versus the ENNEVIA outcome. Figures are illustrative, not guarantees.
The new-money freelancer
Lisbon · 28
- Situation
- €15,000 in savings, paid in EUR and USDC, wants a card, savings, and crypto in one place.
- Old world
- Revolut Ultra at €540/year — a subscription that never ends, no ownership, crypto in a separate silo.
- ENNEVIA
- Pioneer membership €50 once. 6–7% HYSA on idle cash, MiCA-authorised USDC synced with the Visa card, and a referral link that earns from the network.
- Outcome
- Year one: ~€1,000 in HYSA interest + referral income, versus €540 spent on a Revolut subscription and €0 earned.
The old-money heir
Geneva · 54
- Situation
- Inherits a €2M family portfolio, wants discretion, a banker, and modern rails for the next generation.
- Old world
- UBS private banking — ~€20,000/year in AUM + custody fees, days to move money cross-border, no crypto.
- ENNEVIA
- Black Founder membership. Priority human support, on-chain/off-chain sync, 6–7% savings option, preferred-share eligibility, and a governance voice — with the family onboarded under one ecosystem.
- Outcome
- ~€18,000/year saved in fees, instant on-chain liquidity, and a stake in the platform instead of just paying it.
The global expat
Dubai / London / Singapore
- Situation
- Moves between currencies weekly, needs 40+ currencies, a card, and cheap FX.
- Old world
- Revolut applies weekend FX markups and tier limits; traditional banks charge €25+ per SWIFT transfer.
- ENNEVIA
- Flat <1% FX, 40+ currencies, MiCA stablecoins for instant transfers, one synced balance across on-chain and off-chain.
- Outcome
- A €10,000 monthly cross-border flow costs ~€100 instead of ~€400 in markups and SWIFT fees — ~€3,600/year saved.
The crypto-native
Berlin · 31
- Situation
- Holds USDC, earns DeFi yield, but can't get a fiat card or off-ramp from a traditional bank.
- Old world
- Traditional banks refuse or restrict crypto origin funds; bridging to fiat is manual and slow.
- ENNEVIA
- On-chain/off-chain sync — USDC earning yield on-chain, spent via Visa off-chain from the same balance, MiCA custody throughout.
- Outcome
- One balance, two worlds, zero manual bridging — coffee paid with the same USDC that earns yield.
